Plan radiators are ideal if your customer prefers a simple, modern and particularly clean living environment.

Known for their subtle, beautiful and restrained appearance, there is another advantage hidden behind this radiator design: the hygiene factor. Dirt and dust hardly find any adhesive surfaces. They are used particularly frequently in hospitals and households by asthmatics and are particularly easy to clean.

Plan radiators are a special form of flat radiators and consist of heating plates that are connected to special heat conducting sheets. The heating water flows into the plates through a valve. The energy is transferred into the room in the form of thermal radiation that is equal to the sun.

Size information – 
the tip!

How big a radiator has to be does not only depend on the heating load. The selected radiator type and the system temperature of the heating (flow and return) also have an influence. A plan radiator should always be installed under each window. Together, the determined space radiators must be able to cover the heating load.

For example: If your customer's room with two windows has a heating load of 5,000 watts, E.C.A. recommends the installation of two plan radiators, as long as each of them can provide a heating output of 2,500 watts.
